What Overreacting Says About You

We see overreacting in sports all day every day, and all year every year. We’ve seen it at its highest level this past week in both college football and the NFL. I personally see it out of both fans and talking sports heads in the national media, and there is one thing they all are that do this. They are all stupid and look and sound like uneducated emotional clowns. I get it, fan is short for fanatic, but some of you guys use the same idiotic thought process for a living and that is pathetic. I listened to a lot of Cleveland Browns fans and “analysts” alike say that it was time to take their quarterback Deshaun Watson out to pasture, but now just a week later the same folks are back on his jock strap. The overreaction to one performance either way makes me despise the craft of analyzing sports. The other major overreaction I’ve seen on the college football side is the Colorado Buffaloes and Deion Sanders getting blown out by Oregon. Yes, they were overhyped to start, but attention and being special is Primetime’s brand. This isn’t new for him. Now, they get blown out and you have morons like Danny Kanell show how much of a lowlife he is by going the other way, saying dumb things, and basking in the fact they failed in one game like it will stay like that forever. Hey Danielle, a top 10 team beat a bottom 25 team that is still rebuilding and in their first year together in this climate. You can calm down on beaming with happiness at their defeat. I can promise you this, if Sanders stays and continues on this path, those losses will be farther and fewer between. You are a sad, pathetic little man who uses nothing intelligent to spew bullshit. Your overreaction to one game is the exact same as others had for their first few wins, so you actually look dumber because you should know better. Can we all just stop overreacting with everything in sports and let things play out. If you are struggling to understand the difference between true opinion and analysis, and overreacting, then this probably isn’t for you. Just grab a crayon and coloring book, head to the corner, and do that since it’s more your intellectual speed.
