NFL: Week 18 Power Rankings - Playoff Edition

The NFL regular season has come to an end and we now know who will be participating in this year’s NFL playoffs. Here is our final NFL power rankings of the season.

  1. Baltimore Ravens – 13-4 – The Ravens finish the season with the best record in the NFL. They lost their final game of the season, mainly because they had all their starters sit as they are currently one of the favorites to win the Super Bowl. Baltimore won themselves a first round bye and home field advantage throughout.

  2. San Francisco 49ers – 12-5 – The Niners finish the season with the best record in the NFC as they have also won themselves a first round bye and home field throughout. They also lost their final game resting players as the 49ers are the current odds on favorite to win the Super Bowl this year.

  3. Detroit Lions – 12-5 – The Lions finished off their regular season with a win as they defeated the Vikings 30-20. Detroit opens the playoffs at home as they will face off against the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday night.

  4. Cleveland Browns – 11-6 – The Browns dropped their final game of the season as they also rested their starters against the Bengals in Cincinnati by a final of 31-14. Cleveland is a dark-horse in a lot of people’s eyes. They are currently favored in their Wild Card weekend game as they head down to Texas and face the Houston Texans on Saturday afternoon.

  5. Buffalo Bills – 11-6 – The Bills finish their regular season on the highest of notes. They are catching fire at the right time as they’ve popped off 5 straight wins heading into the playoffs. Buffalo headed to Miami to finish their regular season against the Dolphins by winning 21-14. The Bills will open their playoff run by hosting the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday afternoon in the early time slot.
