We have one team that has already clinched a playoff berth and the fight for more of those spots are beginning to come down to it. We have a little shuffling at the top of our weekly power rankings and a team that has re-entered the top-5 because of some losses above them.
San Francisco 49ers – 10-3 – The Niners are on a five game winning streak and are the first team in the NFL to clinch a playoff berth. They still look like the toughest out in the league and one of the favorites to win the Super Bowl this season.
Dallas Cowboys – 10-3 – The Cowboys just keep climbing our rankings and the rankings around the NFL. They are also tied for the league best right now with a five game winning streak. They have been dominate at home this year where you should be and are also on the radar as a real Super Bowl contender.
Baltimore Ravens – 10-3 – The Ravens have won three straight as they are the leader of the AFC North right now. Baltimore came off their bye week with an overtime victory against the Rams 37-31 with a walk-off punt return for a touchdown to end it.
Miami Dolphins – 9-4 – The Dolphins took a tough loss on Monday Night Football as they fell to the Titans 28-27 even though they led by 14 late in the game. Miami has still won 3 of their last 4 as they currently sit atop the AFC East.
Cleveland Browns – 8-5 – The Browns sneak back into our top five as Kansas City and Philadelphia both lost this weekend, and both have lost back-to-back games. Cleveland defeated the Jacksonville Jaguars in Cleveland this past weekend 31-27, and they have won four of their last six games. The Browns benefit from two powerhouses looking less than stellar heading down the stretch of the season.
First 2 Out:
Philadelphia Eagles
Kansas City Chiefs
