“The ACC Now Belongs To Florida State” – The reigning power of the Clemson Tigers seems to be no more as they fell to the Duke Blue Devils by a final score of 28-7. Don’t reread that. You read it right the first time! On the other hand, the Seminoles took down the LSU Tigers in convincing fashion 45-24.
“The Sanders men, Travis Hunter, & Colorado Have Their Coming Out Party” – It looks like the hype is real as Deion Sanders has his Buffaloes team ready and they took down TCU in week one 45-42. His son Shedeur turned a lot of heads around the country at the quarterback position throwing for 510 yards and 4 TD’s. Then there was Travis Hunter, the highly touted two-way player that lived up to every billing out there playing both sides of the ball beautifully. Time will tell if this sticks and they are all the real deal. I wouldn’t bet against Primetime!
“Questions Still Surround the Buckeyes” – Ohio State entered the season with questions at quarterback after CJ Stroud headed to the NFL. Those questions weren’t really answered at all as Kyle McCord played a majority of the snaps, but didn’t do anything super that meets the eye. We’re being told Devin Brown will get more snaps in week two at home against Youngstown St. The Offensive Line also didn’t look great and the questions continue on if they’ll come together and get better, or be a liability. The one question that seemed to be answered is the Buckeyes defense. They look to be better than in recent years which the fanbase has been waiting for as they held Indiana to a field goal and no end zone trips as they won in Bloomington to start the season by a final score of 23-3.
